After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number, which can be used to track your shipment on our website. Please note that we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages after they leave our store. For any issues, please contact the respective carrier directly.

Delivery Times

Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping. Please be aware that delays may occur due to carrier demand.

Shipping Charges

A shipping fee of $9.99 applies to orders under $99. Orders totaling $99 or more qualify for free shipping.

Holiday Shipping

During the holiday season, carrier delays are common due to high shipment volumes. To ensure timely delivery of your gifts, please place orders in advance. Please note that carriers have suspended guaranteed delivery dates during peak periods.

Hot Weather Shipping

We pack all orders with protective materials for warm weather conditions. However, please note that some melting may still occur under certain circumstances beyond our control.
